To inspire people to train through the winter months, we created The Nike #GetOutHere Challenge, a competition that rewarded the top winter warriors with a trip to the ultimate outdoor training experience and an ice statue carved in their likeness. Rob Gronkowski helped us promote the challenge by starring in a teaser video and modeling for the first ice sculpture.
To enter the contest, athletes had to show Nike how they were conquering winter outdoors with the tag #getouthere. The top 48 were flown to Chicago for the final challenge.
